CBIZ Inc. (CBZ) has acquired ProMedical Inc, a Florida-based anesthesia billing company, effective October 1, 2012.
ProMedical is a full-service provider of medical billing and practice management services exclusively for hospital-based anesthesiology practices. CBIZ anticipates ProMedical to add about $4.9 million to its annual revenues.
