M AND B Switchgears Ltd .said it had signed Agreements or Letter of Commitmenet with Government of Madhya Pradesh to set up 99.25 MW Solar Power Plants at various locations in State of Madhya Pradesh. These Solar Power Plants will be under REC mechanism.
These agreement(s) (Letter of commitment), signed in Global Investor Summit at Indore, are subject to various conditions and process as mentioned in RFP dated September 20, 2012 issued by the government.
At the BSE, M and B Switchgears shares are currently trading at Rs.165.10, down 2.31 percent from the previous close.
