Griffon Corp. (GFF) Tuesday reported fourth-quarter net income of $3.45 million or $0.06 per share, compared to $3.38 million or $0.06 per share last year.
Adjusted net income for the quarter was $2.04 million or $0.04 per share, compared to $4.25 million or $0.07 per share last year.
Total sales for the quarter was $447.44 million compared to $484.99 million last year.
