NeoMedia Technologies Inc. (NEOM.OB) and SpyderLynk announced that they have settled all pending litigation and NeoMedia has granted SpyderLynk a non-exclusive patent license.
NeoMedia and SpyderLynk have agreed to terminate all pending litigation brought by NeoMedia against SpyderLynk on April 9, 2012.
