Erasing early losses, the Swiss currency advanced against the British pound in the late Asian session on Wednesday.
The franc that fell to a multi-week low of 1.4987 against the pound earlier gained 0.26 percent to 1.4948. At Tuesday's close, the pair was worth 1.4977.
