ViaSat Inc. (VSAT) reported third quarter adjusted EPS of $0.04 after the close Wednesday, down from $0.26 in the prior year. The consensus estimate was for EPS of a loss of $0.33.
ViaSat has spiked sharply to the upside in early trade Thursday and is currently higher by 5.85 at $45.59 on above average volume. The stock has surged to nearly a 9-month high.
