La-Z-Boy Inc. (LZB) reported third quarter net income of $0.32 per share after the bell Tuesday, compared to $0.28 per share last year. The consensus estimate was for EPS of $0.23.
La-Z-Boy gapped open sharply higher Wednesday morning and is now up 2.36 at $17.82. The stock has broken out past resistance and has set a new high for the year.
