Justice Ginsburg: I Have At Least Two More Years On Supreme Court

In a recent interview with the New Yorker magazine, Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg says that, as long as she's healthy, she's likely to stay on the court for a couple more years.

At 79 years of age, the eldest member of the Supreme Court says that she is certain to stay on the bench for the rest of this year at least:

"It's not this year. You can never tell when you're my age. But, as long as I think I have the candlepower, I will do it. And I figure next year for certain. After that, who knows?"

Should the liberal judge retire within the next four years, as is almost seems certain she will, the Obama Administration will be able to pick her replacement.
