Beacon Roofing Supply Inc. (BECN) Wednesday elected Joseph Nowicki as its executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer, effective March 25.
In his role, Nowicki will oversee Finance, Information Technology and Investor Relations.
Nowicki has been the CFO for Spartan Motors Inc. (SPAR), and prior to that, was with Herman Miller Inc. from 1992 through 2009 where he held progressive financial roles.
"Joe has a strong history of leading the finance function and has very broad base experience that makes him a perfect fit for Beacon...," said Beacon CEO Paul Isabella.
Beacon Roofing Supply Inc. is a distributor of roofing materials and complementary building products.
