ThyssenKrupp AG (TYEKF.PK) announced that Gerhard Cromme will step down as Chairman of its Supervisory Board, effective March 31. Since 2001, Gerhard Cromme served as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ThyssenKrupp AG.
Gerhard Cromme has requested the Alfried Krupp von Bohlen und Halbach Foundation to revoke his delegation into the Supervisory Board of ThyssenKrupp AG also effective March, 31.
