Tricon Capital Group Inc. (TCN.TO) reported that its fourth-quarter adjusted net income rose to C$846,000 from C$608,000 in the year ago quarter. However, adjusted net income per share declined to C$0.02 from C$0.03 in the same quarter last year.
Net Loss per share for the quarter was C$0.10, compared to profit of C$0.01 in the year ago quarter.
Total adjusted base revenues for the quarter surged to C$13.43 million from C$3.02 million in the year ago quarter, primarily as a result of the establishment of the company's U.S. Distressed Single-Family Rental Strategy.
