Hugo Boss Proposes Dividend Of EUR 3.12 Per Share For 2012

German clothing maker Hugo Boss AG (HUGSF.PK), Wednesday said it proposes the distribution of a dividend of 3.12 euro per share for the fiscal year 2012, up from 2.88 euro in 2011.
