QSC AG (QSCGF.PK) Wednesday announced the appointment of Barbara Stolz as the chief financial officer of the company, effective June 1. She thus takes over from CFO Jürgen Hermann, who is expected to become the company's chief executive officer, effective May 30.
The company credited the incoming CFO with having headed up the entire finance operation at QSC AG since September 2009, and, following the acquisition of IP Partner AG in late 2010, additionally serving as this subsidiary's chief financial officer, where her responsibilities included integrating the company into the QSC Group.
