Bausch & Lomb Holdings Inc., a global eye health company, disclosed in a regulatory filing that it intends to file for an initial public offering of up to $100 million of its common stock.
The company did not disclose its estimated initial public offering price and any details about its listing.
Private equity firm Warburg Pincus will own a majority of the company's outstanding common stock following the completion of this offering.
From December 1958 to October 2007, Old Bausch + Lomb's common stock traded under the symbol "BOL" on the NYSE, before it went private.
