Realogy Holdings Corp. (RLGY) announced the pricing of the underwritten public offering of 35 million shares of its common stock by certain funds affiliated with Apollo Global Management, LLC (APO) at $44.00 per share. The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 5.25 million shares from the selling stockholders.
Realogy said the company will not receive any proceeds from, and its management is not selling any shares in, the offering. The company said, assuming the underwriters do not exercise their option to purchase additional shares, funds affiliated with Apollo will continue to hold approximately 30.4 million shares of Realogy's common stock.
