Industrial production in Latvia declined 2.9 percent year-on-year in calendar adjusted terms in March, data from the Central Statistical Bureau of Latvia showed Tuesday.
Manufacturing output dropped 5.7 percent annually during the month and mining and quarrying output fell 8.5 percent. Electricity and gas supply, meanwhile, rose 5.6 percent year-on-year.
On a seasonally adjusted month-on-month basis, overall industrial production recorded a growth of 0.7 percent in March.
