Minnesota Man Charged With Manufacturing Meth

Authorities in Duluth, Minnesota have arrested a man for violating his probation and have charged him with felony possession of substances with the intent to manufacture methamphetamine.

The Duluth News Tribune reports that Gerald Clayton Koss, 43, was arrested at his residence on Monday where authorities found substances used for making methamphetamine.

The Duluth Police Department says that Koss has at least 12 other convictions in Minnesota, including one for the possession of methamphetamine.

Police obtained a search warrant for Koss' residence and found multiple household substances that can be used to manufacture the drug and that several of those items contained residue that tested positive for the meth.

A City of Duluth Building Safety Inspector has officially condemned the house, while Koss is currently being held at the St. Louis County Jail waiting to appear in court.
