Qlik Technologies Inc. (QLIK) announced after the close Monday that Tim MacCarrick will become its Chief Financial Officer effective July 1, 2013. Diane Adams will also join the Company as its Chief People Officer effective June 10, 2013. The stock is now up 1.17 on 50K shares.
Qlik Technologies declined throughout the first 2 hours of trade Monday and finished down by 1.21 at $29.55. The stock closed testing the lower end of a 2-week range.
