Generac Holdings Inc. (GNRC) on Friday announced the pricing of an underwritten secondary offering of 6.5 million shares of its common stock by funds affiliated with CCMP Capital at a price to the public of $34.95 per share.
CCMP Capital will receive all of the proceeds from the offering. The underwriter of the offering will have an option to purchase up to 975,000 additional shares.
No shares are being sold by the company or any of its officers or directors in the offering.
Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the underwriter for the offering.
Generac is a manufacturer of generators and other engine powered products.
