Sweden's house prices remained unchanged in July from the previous month, when it advanced 1 percent, Statistics Sweden said Thursday.
Real estate prices for one-or two-dwelling buildings increased 1 percent during May to July from February to April. Increasing prices were reported in 16 out of 21 counties, while decreasing prices were reported in 4 counties.
At the same time, overall prices increased by almost 3 percent on an annual basis during May to July. The average real estate price for a one-or two-dwelling building was just under SEK 2.2 million.
