Producer prices in South Korea were up 0.3 percent in August compared to the previous month, the Bank of Korea said on Tuesday.
That followed the flat reading in July.
By category, prices for agricultural, forestry and marine products climbed 5.4 percent, while manufacturing industry products added 0.1 percent and services gained 0.2 percent.
On a yearly basis, producer prices shed 1.3 percent after falling 0.9 percent in the previous month.
