Zebra Technologies Corp. (ZBRA) is poised to buy Motorola Solutions Inc's (MSI) enterprise business for about $3.5 billion in cash, the Financial Times reported, citing people familiar with the discussions.
The report stated that the deal was signed in the past few days and could be announced as early as Tuesday.
A combined group would employ about 7,000 people and generate annual sales of close to $3.5 billion.
