UK-based regional airline Flybe Group Plc. (FLYB.L) Monday said Andrew Knuckey, Chief Financial Officer, has stepped down from the Board after completing his 12 month notice period.
As previously announced, Philip de Klerk will join the Board and take up the position of Chief Financial Officer on August 19.
Saad Hammad, CEO, said, "I'd like to thank Andrew for the significant contribution that he has made to Flybe over the past 9 years and all of us at Flybe wish Andrew well for the future."
