The Wall Street Journal reported after the bell Monday that Blue Harbour Group has acquired a 6.5 percent stake in Rackspace Hosting Inc. (RAX). The stock is now up 0.88 on 42K shares.
Rackspace Hosting gapped up at the open Monday, but traded in a range for the bulk of the session. The stock closed up by 0.61 at $31.82 and set a 1-month high.
