New Zealand Job Ads Fall In July

New Zealand's job advertisements decreased in July, after rebounding in the previous month, the results of a survey by ANZ showed Thursday.

Total job ads fell a seasonally adjusted 1.0 percent month-over-month in July, reversing a 1.3 percent rise in June.

The annual growth in the rolling 3-month average of job ads volume eased to 12.2 percent in July from 14.1 percent in the preceding month.

The construction, utilities, manufacturing and transport sectors remained the largest drivers of total job ads growth.
