United Kingdom-based electrical equipment manufacturers, nVent Electric plc (NVT) are up 3% in the market on Friday despite the company not announcing any news to drive the shares.
The company completed the acquisition of CIS Global LLC from Guardian Capital Partners on the first day of July for $200 million. CIS Global is an Arizona-based entity that provides mission-critical power distribution units and server rack slides to the networking industry.
