Guardforce AI Co., Ltd. (GFAI) shares are surging on Friday morning trade after the company reported that it engaged international investor relations specialists MZ Group to lead comprehensive strategic investor relations and financial communications program across all key markets.
The company also announced the appointment of PFK Littlejohn LLP as its new independent registered public accounting firm.
