4D pharma Plc (LBPS), a British company focused on Live Biotherapeutic products or LBPs, said on Monday that it has appointed John Doyle as new Chief Financial Officer or CFO.
Doyle will succeed John Beck, who passed away last year, during his tenure as the finance chief.
The new CFO brings over 15 years of experience leading and developing the financial operations, strategy and investor relations functions at public healthcare companies, the UK-based company said in a statement.
Doyle joins 4D pharma after serving as CFO at Chiasma Inc.,a biopharmaceutical company acquired by Amryt Pharma in 2021. Prior to Chiasma, he worked as Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations at Verastem Inc.
