ReNeuron Group Plc (RENE), a British stem cell technology firm, said on Monday that it has appointed its Chief Financial Officer, Catherine Isted as Chief Executive Officer, with effect from September 1.
Following the departure of the former CEO Olav Hellebø in February, Isted has worked closely with the executive management team, led by Iain Ross.
Isted, who joined the ReNeuron as CFO in 2021, has around 25 years' of experience across the healthcare industry.
Isted had joined ReNeuron from Oxford Biomedica Plc, a cell and gene therapy firm, where she was instrumental in raising in excess of 110 million pounds.
