After coming under pressure over the course of morning trading on Wednesday, stocks continue to see notable weakness on the day. The major averages have all moved to the downside after ending the previous session mixed.
Currently, the major averages are off their lows of the session but remain firmly negative. The Dow is down 405.65 points or 1.2 percent at 33,505.20, the Nasdaq is down 81.21 points or 0.7 percent at 11,013.91 and the S&P 500 is down 39.17 points or 1.0 percent at 3,951.80.
