Shield Therapeutics plc Tuesday said it appointed Santosh Shanbhag as Chief Financial Officer, effective January 16.
The company's previous finance chief Hans-Peter Rudolf had stepped down from the post in October to pursue other opportunities.
Before joining Shield, Shanbhag, with more than 20 years of experience in leading finance roles, was working with Akili, Inc. as CFO.
