Pediatric low-grade glioma is the most common brain tumor diagnosed in children, accounting for 30% to 50% of all central nervous systems tumors. In the case of most patients facing a recurrence, there is currently no established standard of care or approved treatment.
The company we are profiling today is Day One Biopharmaceuticals (DAWN), which is developing a drug for relapsed or progressive pediatric low-grade glioma.
