Nicox S.A. (NICXF.PK), an ophthalmology company, Wednesday announced the appointment of Gavin Spencer as its new as chief executive officer with immediate effect. This follows the Board decision "to end the mandate of Andreas Segerros," the company said in a statement
Most recently, Spencer was Executive Vice-President, Chief Business Officer & Head of Corporate Development at Nicox.
On Tuesday, Nicox shares closed at EUR 0.45, down 0.3% in London.
