OSB Group Plc (OSB.L) Friday said it appointed Victoria Hyde as its new chief financial officer, with effect from May 10, 2024.
In November last year, the previous finance chief April Talintyre had announced her wish to retire.
Hyde has been working with OSBG as deputy chief financial officer since September 2022.
