Shares of Nurix Therapeutics Inc. (NRIX) soared more than 26% yesterday to touch a new 52-week high of $17.51, driven by news of the first clinical evidence of central nervous system activity of its drug candidate NX-5948.
NX-5948 is a brain-penetrant, orally available, BTK degrader, currently being evaluated in a Phase 1a/1b clinical trial in patients with relapsed or refractory B cell malignancies.
