ABVC BioPharma Inc. (ABVC), recently announced that its subsidiary AiBtl BioPharma Inc. acquired TT Life Company, an established player in the precision medicine industry. AiBtl purchased 100% shares of TT Life by swapping its 1.66 million shares at $5 each.
