Tracsis plc (TRCS.L) posted a first half loss before tax of 0.3 million pounds compared to profit of 2.3 million pounds, last year. Loss per share was 1.62 pence compared to profit of 5.41 pence. Adjusted EBITDA was 5.7 million pounds compared to 7.5 million pounds, prior year. Adjusted earnings per share was 10.3 pence compared to 16.1 pence. First half revenue was 36.6 million pounds, down 6.7%. Looking forward, the Board expects fiscal 2024 performance to be in line with market expectations.
The Board has declared an interim dividend of 1.1 pence per share which will be paid on 24 May 2024 to shareholders on the register at 10 May 2024. A final dividend of 1.2 pence per share was paid on 9 February 2024 in respect of the year ended 31 July 2023.
