Schroders plc (SDR.L) announced on Wednesday that Group Chief Executive Officer Peter Harrison plans to retire next year.
The Board expects a smooth transition in 2025, with Harrison continuing as a Company director during this time.
Harrison joined Schroders in March 2013 and was appointed group chief executive in April 2016.
