Accsys Technologies Plc (AXS.L), a company focused on wood products to boost their quality and life, said on Thursday that its Chief Financial Officer Steven Salo, has stepped down with immediate effect.
"The Board and Steven agreed that his interests and ambitions lie outside of the Group. Therefore, Steven has decided to step down with immediate effect," the company said in a statement. Accsys is on the look out for a permanent replacement.
Subsequently, Accsys has appointed Hans Pauli, currently Director of Corporate Development of the Group, as an interim CFO.
Pauli has been with the Group for over 14 years in various roles, amongst others as its CFO from 2010 to 2012.
