Hargreaves Services plc said the Board expects to report profit before tax marginally ahead of market expectations for the year ended 31 May 2024. The Services business unit continued to perform well throughout the second half of the year. The Board expects Hargreaves Land to report a record profit before tax for the year. The Board expects a substantial improvement in performance of Hargreaves Raw Materials Services in the second half in line with expectations.
The Board expects to report preliminary results for the year ended 31 May 2024 on 31 July 2024.
