Oxford Biomedica Plc (OXB.L) said on Wednesday that its Chief Financial Officer, Stuart Paynter, will resign with effect from September 2.
The company has appointed Lucinda (Lucy) Crabtree as successor of Paynter with effect from the same day.
Crabtree was previously CFO at MorphoSys AG. Prior to MorphoSys, she was Finance Chief of Autolus Therapeutics.
