Kiniksa Pharmaceuticals International plc (KNSA) is riding high on the success of its flagship product Arcalyst. With Arcalyst posting a near 90% revenue surge in the second quarter of 2024, the company has once again raised its revenue forecast for the year.
Arcalyst is the first and only FDA-approved therapy for recurrent pericarditis, a painful and debilitating auto-inflammatory cardiovascular disease. The drug was licensed from Regeneron in 2017.
