The Administrative Board of CompuGroup Medical Management SE and CEO Michael Rauch decided in mutual agreement to terminate his contract prematurely as of August 31, 2024, including resignation from his position as Managing Director and member of the Administrative Board of CompuGroup Medical Management SE as well as of the Joint Committee of the Company.
Effective as of September 1, 2024, the Administrative Board of CompuGroup Medical Management SE has appointed Daniel Gotthardt as Managing Director and CEO. Daniel Gotthardt has been Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of the company since the beginning of 2023. He has also been a member of the Supervisory Board of former CompuGROUP Holding AG and CompuGroup Medical SE since 2003, and has been a member of the Administrative Board of CompuGroup Medical Management SE since 2020.
