IONOS Group SE (IOS.F), a German IT company, on Thursday reported a rise in sales for the first-half, helped by the strong performance of the IONOS core business, which grew by 11.2 percent.
For the six-month period, the company reported adjusted EBITDA of 218 million euros, higher than 200.8 million euros, posted for the same period last year.
The number of customers moved up by around 180,000, year-on-year, to 6.28 million.
Sales increased to 751.6 million euros from 708.6 million euros a year ago.
Looking ahead, the company has reaffirmed its annual adjusted EBITDA outlook of 450 million euros.
The Group has revised down its full-year 2024, currency-adjusted sales growth guidance to around 9 percent from earlier expectation of around 11 percent.
For the full-year 2025, IONOS aims for a revenue growth of around 10 percent, with a further increase in the adjusted EBITDA margin to around 30 percent.
