Goodman Group (GMG.AX) reported that its loss attributable to Securityholders for the year ended 30 June 2024 was A$98.9 million or 5.2 cents per security share compared to a profit of A$1.56 billion or 81.3 cents per security share in the prior year. The latest year's results included the expense associated with the LTIP of A$501.4 million and the net fair value loss on derivatives of A$10.8 million.
Operating profit was A$2.049 billion, up 15% on fiscal year 2023. Operating earnings per security was 107.5 cents, up 14% on last year.
Revenues for year were A$1.98 billion compared to A$1.97 billion in the prior year.
During the financial year, the company declared a final dividend of 4.0 cents per share amounting to A$76.0 million. This dividend will be paid on 26 August 2024. In the prior year, the company declared a final dividend of 5.0 cents per share amounting to A$94.2 million, which was paid on 25 August 2023.
The company expects fiscal year 2025 operating earnings to be 117.2 cents per security, up 9.0% on fiscal year 2024, with the annual distribution maintained at 30 cents per security.
