Homebuilder confidence in the U.S. has unexpectedly continued to deteriorate in the month of August, according to a report released by the National Association of Home Builders on Thursday.
The report said the NAHB/Wells Fargo Housing Market Index fell to 39 in August from a downwardly revised 41 in July.
