Mobico Group posted a first half loss before tax of 1.5 million pounds compared to a loss of 41.9 million pounds, last year. Loss per share was 2.9 pence compared to a loss of 10.4 pence. Adjusted profit before tax was 25.4 million pounds, flat with prior year. Adjusted earnings per share was 0.3 pence compared to 1.0 pence.
For the six months to 30 June 2024, Group revenue increased by 5.4% year-on-year to 1.65 billion pounds.
The Group's fiscal 2024 adjusted operating profit guidance remains unchanged at 185 million pounds to 205 million pounds.
An interim dividend has not been proposed for the current period.
