STV Group plc (STVG.L) Friday said it appointed Rufus Radcliffe as chief executive officer effective November 1, 2024.
The company's current CEO Simon Pitts had expressed his wish to step down from the post in March this year.
Radcliffe joins STV from ITV, where he held different leadership roles in a career spanning more than 13 years.
