Genius Sports Ltd. (GENI), a sports data and technology company, on Wednesday rejected media speculation that it has involved in discussions with Kambi Group Plc for its potential acquisition.
Malta-headquartered Kambi is a provider of sports betting services.
Mark Locke, CEO of Genius, said: "As policy, we do not comment on unfounded and ill-informed rumours. To prevent any further speculation, we can confirm that we are not involved in any discussions of this nature with Kambi."
