Portmeirion announced Jonathan Hill has been appointed as Group Finance Director with effect from 1 October 2024, and he is joining the Group with immediate effect. David formally leaves the Board with effect from 30 September 2024 but will be assisting the Group to ensure a smooth handover until 31 December 2024.
Jonathan is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of finance and leadership experience. The Group noted that Jonathan is expected to join the Board as soon as practicable.
